Blogger sues Google for $15m
Rosemary Port has accused Google of failing to protect her right to privacy when it released her name and other details to Vogue cover model Liskula Cohen.
Miss Cohen had become concerned that someone in her private circle was releasing personal information when a blog post said she was a "psychotic, lying, whoring ... skank"
But Miss Port, a 29-year-old fashion student, told the New York Daily News that Miss Cohen had attacked attention to the remarks by demanding that Google release the records of ownership and traffic to the site on Google's blogger.com.
Google said it was within its rights to release the information because users agree to a privacy policy that allows the company to share personal information if required by a legal action. More
