North Korea Won't Scrap Bombs
The former North Korea policy coordinator, who now heads the Korea Economic Institute in Washington, met with regime officials in Pyongyang last month, who made clear they want light-water reactors in return for destroying their key nuclear plants, Yonhap reported.
The unidentified officials made no mention of turning over the weapons or plutonium that was manufactured at the Yongbyon reactor, he said at a seminar in Washington yesterday, according to the report.
The six-nation talks, involving the U.S., South Korea, North Korea, China, Japan and Russia, have stalled since Kim Jong Il's government missed a Dec. 31, 2007, deadline to declare its nuclear materials and installations. bloomberg

Besides NKorea didn't attack other countries, it's the rogue state called USSA that owns masses of WMDs and have used them not excluding nuclear, biological and chemical weapons against other nations. The greatest World threat is USrael.
