Spanish Jewish leader urges jail terms for Holocaust denial
Jacobo Israel Garzon: "Holocaust denial is "the threshold of hate speech" and its "depenalization" could lead to the rise in the distribution of Nazi propaganda.
Spanish law had mandated a sentence of up to two years in prison for Holocaust denial but in November Spain's Constitutional Court ruled it falls within freedom of speech and would no longer be punishable with jail.
The court however ruled that imprisonment is a constitutional punishment for any individual convicted of justifying the Holocaust or any other genocide.
In an address to parliament, the federation leader Jacobo Israel Garzon asked
lawmakers to "think about how to once again introduce prison terms for Holocaust denial in the penal code".

Holocaust denial is specifically targeted by laws in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Poland and Romania.

Fuck this Zionist PIG. Zionists Jews are the terrorists of the world and millions of people are learning this. jews made a deal with english people???? good news! cose your explainations are so far fetched, that i can only see hate! jews came on boat from france and english army sent them back!they didn't jews because the region was in high trouble. so to see arrive new jew would have been a disaster. but at those days ,after ww2, france was more anti brit than pro israelian. so they helped them(for 20years) giving them weapons.also training in france! many french guy fought against english troups(mostly egyptian at those days).
